Chocolate-Drizzle Chocolate Chip Cookies

Use any cookie recipe that you like.  After the cookies have cooled, melt Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips.  Add a little milk, and heat for a few more seconds.  Then drizzle over the top of the cookies and serve!
