Macaroni & Cheese Casserole
(From the Kitchen of Highland Lakes MOM, Jennifer Hape)
Ingredients:
1 LB Elbow Macaroni, Cooked and Drained
1 LB Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Small Can Mushrooms plus Juice
1 Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Chopped Onion
¼ Cup Green Bell Pepper
Salt to Taste (can also add to macaroni when cooking pasta)
Bread Crumbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 3 Quart Pyrex Baking Dish with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 3 Qt Pyrex and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
