“Red Neck” Margaritas
(From the Kitchen of Highland Lakes MOM, Michele Coco, who served up some FUN with this festive margarita at our Cinco de Mayo Celebration in May 2014!)
Ingredients:
12 oz corona
8 to 12oz white tequila
12 oz 7up
1 can limeade
limes to float on top
Directions:
In large pitcher, mix frozen limeade and corona. Stir until limeade is completely thawed. Add tequila and 7 up. Stir well.
Add lime slices to garnish.
Serve over ice in a salt rimmed margarita glass.
