Santa Fe Taco Soup

1 lb. ground chuck – browned and drained
1 cup diced onion – sautéed
1 – 16oz taco sauce or chunky salsa
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can niblet corn
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning
Mix browned meat, sautéed onions, and other ingredients (drain all beans and corn). Simmer on low for several hours. This is one of those recipes that you can leave on low while you are at work. Serve with grated cheese, diced green onions, sour cream and corn chips.
